So you want a gig at the Grace?
The Grace Darling bookings are handled by John Waddell, please submit the following info to the address below.

Things to include:
Name of band & contact details including mobile number.
Tell us what the gig is about - launch, fundraiser, double headliner, themed night, send off, tour, 3 band line up etc?
If this is headline show (where you anticipate the headlining band to draw 100+ audience) then a full line up is not required at the time of booking.
If this is not the case please suggest a line up. Line up should include links to each band's music - please link to Soundcloud, Bandcamp, Facebook (if tracks are easy to find), or any other site with consistent stream - NO MYSPACE PLEASE.
Speak with bands about their availability before making contact and suggest a few date options to us.
Give us some info on the bands - most recent gigs, releases, radio play (which stations are supporting your sound), and the big taboo question how many people are attending your shows (this gives us an idea of what to expect and we can suggest ideas to make your gig work!).
Please leave ample room between your gigs to maximise turnout and give yourself time to focus energy on promoting one big show. This is important for everyone concerned.
Disclosure - please be honest about any gigs that you have coming up or any bookings that might impact on your show (even the shows that come up after confirmation). We like to make informed decisions and foster honesty / good relationships with each artist / band. Likewise - we will do our bit to communicate with you on anything that could impact your show.
